However, this is a natural evolution and ultimately a clear sign of the company's huge success.

As a venture builder, there's always something new happening, which keeps things exciting. I've learned more in my time here than anywhere else. The fast pace isn't for everyone. If you prefer a very structured, predictable environment, it might take some getting used to.
