Thanks to this, you have an incredible opportunity to learn new things and grow from a starting junior to upper management. This is exactly my case – I started as a Project Manager and grew into a Venture Lead role, now managing a complex project worth millions of CZK.

Sometimes there is a lack of closer relationships and clearer communication. The company used to be a smaller startup with a family feel, but it has now grown into a massive organization with a corporate culture. However, this is a natural evolution and ultimately a clear sign of the company's huge success.

Genuinely great culture. It's not just something HR says on a slide deck, you actually feel it day to day. The people here are smart, collaborative, and they actually want each other to succeed. As a venture builder, there's always something new happening, which keeps things exciting. I've learned more in my time here than anywhere else. You get thrown into real challenges and grow fast because of it.

The fast pace isn't for everyone. If you prefer a very structured, predictable environment, it might take some getting used to.
