      •   The work culture is extremely toxic and emotionally draining    •   Leadership lacks accountability and frequently shifts expectations    •   High turnover is treated as normal rather than a red flag    •   Long hours are expected, boundaries are not respected, and burnout is common    •   Feedback often feels punitive instead of supportive or developmental

      Pros

      The company allows you to grow in ways other catering companies don't. We are not just a catering company we do everything from design, production, food and beverage. The company really allows anyone to explore other departments and really find your place. The team is really great and closeknit. The benefit package is really big and something you don't typically see, they offer 401k, health, dental, pet insurance, and a ton more. The team continues to grow and we keep expanding. There are some really great people that work here, and they have gotten ridden most of the bad eggs.

      It's long hours which is typical in any event job.
