My Supervisor is phenomenal. She asks what my goals are and how she can support me reaching them. She encourages learning and growth. She challenges me to try new areas that are a bit out of my comfort zone. I love it. Creative Foam as a whole has a culture of learning, promoting within, and upward mobility. From the top down everyone wants you to succeed.

The benefits are light, but we are constantly reviewing and seeing what other items can be implemented.

Management is terrible mo proper training after 9th day was fired for not knowing everything in assembly area. No attendance or behavior issues
