Pros
Team was small but really wholesome and accommodating. Despite only having 2 office days and non-local colleagues, communication was smooth between colleagues and workflow was well implemented. Learnt a great deal and was encouraged to explore new tasks beyond my initial job scope, which really helped me expand my skill sets. Everyone was patient and supportive whenever I was unsure about my responsibilities, and guidance was always readily available. Monthly alignments were really positive and encouraging too and had a well work-life balance.
Cons
With a small team, resources can sometimes feel stretched, but it also creates more learning opportunities and closer collaboration.
