      CG is a place that lets you be the best version of yourself by challenging and encouraging you. It's ok to fail, as long as you learn from your mistakes. CG is an international company with employees from many nationalities.

      Cons

      As a company that is scaling up, there are always things that go wrong. Work can be hectic and the business can be demanding.

      Pros

      Excellent colleagues and strong culture. Exciting work. No two days are the same. Progressive and innovative. The best onboarding for new employees. Good processes in place for most departments.

      Cons

      Decisions can take some time. Committee work can be grueling, on top of your regular responsibilities. Sometimes too many standard operating processes in some areas and lacking in others.
