Account Manager - Anonymous employee Creative Group Employee Review

HR is a joke, Management is a joke. The company is losing business hand over fist. They are losing business because the account directors and account executives travel on site when they should be in the office working and tending to client needs. The account managers are expected to execute promises made that are not realistic. There’s no work life balance unless you’re friends with the account directors. They will work good people into the ground while others account managers are doing the bare minimum. If you’re considering working here - run as fast as you can!
