Horrible management - After School Staff Creative Kindergarten Employee Review

Very good, friendly colleagues, no need to make lesson plans

Time management, OT sometimes. Too many unnecessary things

1. Curriculum has been all written for teachers. Teachers simply follow the lesson plans and teach. 2. 21-day annual leave (But wait! Look at the cons...)

1. Snobby management team and (some of the) Chinese teachers -> severe work bullying - They talk behind your back if you're not able to fit in their social circle. - They, as passively aggressive manipulators, would think of different ways to make you feel bad that you don't want to stay in this working environment anymore (And a kindergarten should not be like that) - Don't even expect the management team to support you during ups and downs. 2. Communication difficulty - 99% of teachers in this kindergarten are very bad at English. They'd simply neglect you or your requests if they don't understand your language. This leads to a big miscommunication all the time. 3. So many Saturdays to work apart from the Saturdays mentioned on the contract, so make sure that you need to consult and seek advice from the professionals before you sign this contract. 4. Students academic results and skills are far behind the industry standards. (Poor resilience, problem-solving skills and logical thinking) 5. Everything last minute!!!! (This isn't a respect to all parties) 6. Teachers are asked to separate the annual leaves to take (The school should have told the teachers earlier) 7. Teaching hours are too long. 8. Teachers get underpaid.
