Great projects to work on, you don't get easily bored. Always something new to work on.

Personally I haven't found a major downside so far only minor ones, for example sometimes small overtimes and focus challenge, but honestly if you plan your time right and you stick it most if the time, you won't have these issues.

I like that I get to work with people who care about their work and professionalism and the fact that even when we have to deal with ridiculously challenging projects we stick in there and there's always someone who picks you up when you're down. Previously I felt that people just come to work because they have to, but here I have the feeling that we're doing something important together.

Sometimes the work is difficult and it seems as if there are no solutions to the challenge that the client throws at us so that can get you down, but in the end if we hang in there we manage to overcome the difficulties and the satisfaction is wonderful!
