Pros
I worked with this company for over a year as a graphics designer who dabbled with video production as well. We were small and so we helped each other on all of our projects together. If I couldn't make a deadline, there was always someone there to help me squeeze in those last few details, or stay late with me and work all night beside me so I didn't feel lonely.
I was able to expand my talents here. Pushing me in directions I never thought I'd be. As much as I loved my time here, I did have to move and so I had to change companies and I must say I don't think I would've been able to secure the job I'm in now without the talents I learned at Creative Soldier.
Cons
They're small. It's not a con, it just makes us all work harder and expand ourselves to new heights. Some might not like all that work, but I'm a junkie for it and I don't know what I'd be doing without more work in front of me.
