      -Fast Paced -They make really cool and creative solutions for their clients -Surrounded by very smart people who thrive on team work and commitment -The Owners are generous and fair - they invest in their employees

      They are a fabricator, so remote work is not available for everyone

      It is a nice family environment and management genuinely seems to care about your wellbeing.

      Cons

      It's also close to a high school environment. Gossip runs rampant so be careful what you say to people. Cliques are absolutely a thing here.
