Cons
First of all I was shocked looking the rating in glass-door thinking how did they manage to get 3.6 with such a horrible culture and environment. Later I thought maybe organization team did something to up-lift the ratings . (FYI- Mostly all positive ratings are fake, don't believe it) As I joined here as a fresher, they asked me to sign 2 year bond. That was fine for me and signed thinking i will get good projects, will have good learning-cure, can advance my skills. I was very happy. But due to the worst management, Still I didn't get a project. There are very few projects and mostly 70% people are in bench, how can we get project as a fresher? Recently, they fired almost 8 people including freshers in this slot telling performance reason but they didn't get any chance to work on project neither they took any test, how can they judge them on their performance. They are not ready to accept their fault of not getting projects and firing people. Maybe I will get fire next followed by other people (including who joind 1-2 months back, freshers). In a nutshell this is a worst company. Don't even think to join this company, you will suffer like anything in the world. I want to tell in points I want to tell in points. 1. Give positive reviews themselves in various portals(like glass-door) to attract future employee. 2. They treat you like slave, if you are in project. No proper inputs given by client and they want result in time. 3. Management behaves like Un-Professional. 4. They change their policy very often (like daily). 5. Job Insecurity.
