Honestly, it was one of my worst experiences—not just for me personally, but also because of the way I saw my colleagues being treated: 1. Some people had been working off the books for years. 2. Others were fired, and the owners refused to compensate them. I saw Diego, the founder, going to SECLO proceedings to negotiate obligations he had initially refused to take responsibility for. 3. Personally, I received my salary in two parts: one at the beginning of the month and the second depending on my mood and how persistently I chased Diego to pay me. 4. There were also many shady, non-transparent dealings, like moving the office more than 10 kilometers away without notifying employees. We only found out on the day of the move itself. As for their service to clients, I found it extremely mediocre. It’s an agency that doesn’t specialize in anything and just tries to sell whatever they can to make some money. The only thing the owners train themselves in is selling, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but the problem is that they offer services they don’t even have qualified staff for. They’re constantly trying to take advantage of clients. They do the bare minimum and then try to upsell more services if the client wants to “go deeper.” in my opinion, all they want is to take advantage of a clients, they don't have any sort of empathy for them. I wouldn’t get involved with an agency like this in any capacity—as a supplier, client, or employee. I feel that the owners lack integrity. They are just miserable people and the value they can bring to your business is very mediocre and generic.
