Thank you for the advice dear former employee. Your comment has been brought to the entire team and your advice was welcomed and appreciated for team training. With this honest advice from you, we have taken action. We too feel that you are spot on; that those sentiments should never be uttered much less a goal for our ultimate performance. So, we acted and performed an internal investigation into who might have expressed such sentiments within the organization. Unfortunately, we have not been able to identify who the employee might have been or where that contrary focus of performance spurred.
