Pros

The office space is open and well designed.

Cons

- Pay is below the industry average for similar roles. - Staff and clients are repeatedly given false promises. - An atmosphere of untrustworthiness by management aimed at staff. - Horrible work environment due to highly critical, misguided management. - Unbelievable turnover (most staff lasting on average 2-6 months) because the low pay is not worth putting up with the erratic management. - Working overtime is expected and there is no compensation for any additional hours worked. - Tasks are often unclear, unnecessary and are treated as 'tests' to see 'how far (staff) can be pushed'. - Staff suggestions are ignored by upper management and any thoughts that the staff may have that differs from the management's opinion are mocked, criticised and disregarded, creating a very unhealthy work environment. - Clients are often left unpaid. - Local reputation in the creative community is highly negative; most artists and performers avoid working with this company due to a history of unfair contracts, cancelled agreements, false promises and below minimum-wage pay.

Pros

1. Exciting events and gigs to work, incredible costumes. 2. You will receive the full experience of being a performer in large productions. 3. Often you will be contacted for additional work. 4. Opportunities for Traveling shows

Cons

****They take advantage of young artists who want to perform, by underpaying them and taking advantage of their inexperience with gig work.**** this creates and adds to the toxicity of the industry taking advantage of a exploiting performers. 1. They SEVERLY underpay you for the time you provide. 2. You will sign a contract for a lump sum of payment usually $300 for a one off show (rehearsals included in that sum) 3. Every single contract I worked for them (which was many at the time) they would required almost 10+ additional hours of rehearsals or attendance for the production. If you don't agree, you'll be cut from most of the performance or replaced. 4. Every gig i worked the choreographers were given very tight timelines which created a lot of stress and not a lot of practise time ,we often finished the performance day of. 5. If your contract is canceled for whatever reason, you wont get paid a cent. I was young and dumb and distracted by the pretty costumes and productions to see what was really going on.
