Pros

No pros. Do not even think for one.

Cons

Not even a single comapny in india who will have so many cons than this conmaster company has it. 1- Hr team is complete fraud. I will show each part so do that you won't get into its prey. 2- No Policy written in offer letter. It's a simple mail which you get. They won't share appointment letter even when you join. They say you will get it in 15 days. But you may or may not get it. If you leave or fired you won't get salary for the days you have worked as you were never appointed 3- salary comes on 12 of every month. So they keep your 12 days salary so if you leave they hold it. 4- No insurance, yes correct no life insurance, no accidental insurance, no health insurance. 5- 6 days working , only 3 holidays in whole yr and 5 optional which is based on approval which again you might not get. So only 3 holidays. 5- fixed convenyence so for sales person you end up spending 10-20k from your pocket. 6- for field team , No office, no facility, work on field if you met with accident you die on field. No insurance. 7- upper management not reachable 8- People who are old in system, they have become bosses 9- no process , no defined role, when you join ask at which level they are joining you .as you might endup getting degraded from from previous org role. 10- No accountability and responsibility of the people working at their roles. 11- people working are having very big Ego's. Think and then join 12- Hr is useless 13- you can be fired at anytime and you do not get anything afterwards In short not a company to join. Do not destroy your career.

Dear Employee, We would love to discuss these perceived shortcomings regarding the company face to face or over the call. We consistently strive to make this place more performance driven where employees who have the courage to take step up in every occasions and accountability to deliver results. Of course in this endeavor some employees may not like our approach. The intention is to achieve greater excellence in what we do and have a single minded approach towards solving customer pain points and ensuring customer delight. All our processes are inline with the above thought process. Some HR or Business policies are still evolving, which will always be the case. Various situations demand and compel us to look at the SOPs in different ways. (Example - Covid 19). That's what makes CredR a nimble and a much prepared company for the future.
