Pros
As a fresher this is a decent company to join. My team lead was very helpful throughout my tenure Seniors also helped me a lot to improve my skills. Depending on the project manager and project you will be assigned to your work life balance could be as good or as hectic as possible.
Cons
You won't be working on industry relevant or latest frameworks, most of the time you will be working on legacy code. Confirmation process takes at least a year to begin with and you might be rejected for Irrelevant reasons depending on circumstances. Don't expect industry standard salaries or increments.
