Pros

Super entry level relaxed environment

Cons

Company basically promises you a life of grandeur during the interview. So ambiguous about everything and when you ask about it they answer with an ambiguous statement. Really shove the money in your face only to tell you during document signing that you’re getting paid $7.25 an hour ($7.2499 on your actual check). They ship you off to dirt cheap hotels to have you stand in a store and sell stuff that no one wants. Once in Leadership you have to draft a team (this is when the pyramid scheme part comes to play) and you can’t move forward until your team is big enough (granted the turn over rate is like 1000% so good luck). You will work a 40 hour week standing on your feet in uncomfortable dress clothes until your feet go numb for a $350 check. Run and hide. Look up Devil Corp. This company is a part of it!

Pros

The only things that is good is the way that it sounds!

Cons

Don’t waste your time, you will begin with a group interview. After you get hired they make it sound glorious saying you’ll travel, make money, ect. Also saying that it is broken down into sections how you will grow and that the sales portion is only for 1-3 weeks however, you will be at a Costco, Sam’s Club, or Lowe’s selling either ATT, Gutter Protection, or whoever they are contracted with and you’ll do that for 6-8 months some times even longer making 10$ an hour. They say you get 40% commission of what you sell but no one wants to buy leaf protectors or ATT from a 3rd party vendor. You’ll be better off working for those actual company’s. Also, the person who recruited you gets the other 60%. So once you get “promoted” you will recruit people and essentially do the same thing. Have morning meetings, hold orientation, recruit people have them sale for you and keep the cycle repeating. The turn over rate is higher for this company as well! They have changed name a numerous amount of times due to bad/ honest reviews!
