Growth-salary increment-promotion is just on the basis of how your relation with management. Last day of month they inform whether salary will be credited on 1st or not? No incentive-performance allowance-bonus for support department. If you don't get system to work from home you will not get salary. ideally its company responsibility to issue system/laptop. They don't allow to use personal laptop or computer. They don't pay you net charges if your from back-office/ support department Promotion they give on the basis of your relation. no matter how much tenured you are(some times they promote those who have not completed their probation also) They promote undergraduates for TL position no matter how much your are qualified-experienced though it is international BPO. No diwali sweets , after diwali day they send sweets . Employee welfare fund- management people put in their pocket and for employee give some cheap quality gift/treat. Nothing new to learn for tenured guys. same work and responsibility you have to do though you are tenured. They don't give OT if you do extra hrs,if they give then the give in part or deduct by giving any reason. very bad condition about yearly appraisal- you will never get it on time. arrears amount they give in part. rehire policy is very bad, people have to resign and come again after some days to get their salary increment. because Appraisal % is very less 2%-5% only. company is not employee centric don't work on their benefits and compensation policy. This company is good for fresher and not for experience people.
