Pros

Apparently there's cookies and fruit there now, so that's good. If you're lucky enough to be in specific departments, there is legitimate room for career development and growth. Some great people work there.

Cons

Little to no company culture. Pretend to be a startup, but don't want to put any effort into feeling like one. The meeting culture is so over the top. Communication issues within departments and between departments. Employees are expected to work overtime or at nights at the request of their managers, without additional pay. Company is extremely stingy when it comes to any expenses. Employees are sometimes forced to pay out of pocket and deal with being reimbursed later on, because of the lethargic, snail-like process of being approved for minimum purchases.

Pros

An extremely talented teem, cutting-edge idea, strong execution, and overall good work environment. Board/investors very involved in carrying out the mission and very supportive of the ong-term vision and promise,

Cons

Time difference between NY and Tel aviv is difficult, typical startup struggles and growing pains (this is my second early/mid-stage startup), had too many executive-level employees caused much bureaucracy, can sometimes be a culture of finger pointing where entry-level employees become disengaged and lose sight of the goal.vision.

Thank you for your feedback, as you mentioned above many of these pain points come with the company being a startup. We continue to learn from our mistakes and strive to fix them. All feedback given is something that we don't take lightly and we try our best to implement change where change is needed.

Pros

Good benefits, good product idea although terribly executed. Terrific sales team with an amazing manager.

Cons

Have an unsellable product that’s batted against fierce competition with lower prices. Executive leadership doesn’t care about employees, essentially views them as slaves. No salesperson has ever met their target in 4 years- they set unrealistic quotas. Even the top performer doesn’t fully hit their quota. Sales people are set up to fail. Management (specifically the president) has pushed salespeople to lie about product offerings.
