Excellent workplace - Backend Developer Credilio Employee Review

No pros. Accept salary on time

1) here is no such partys, events, fun games, only working life targets etc. 2) Not happening quarterly awards, no recognition, no appreciation 0℅ motivation 3) No work life balance there require 4 employee they hired 2 and morning 10 to night 8, 9 pm they working in office to much load please don't join the company 4) Directors managers called you in weekends it's not single, every weekends. 5)Every holiday they marked as optional holiday eg : Eid, good friday, ganpati no holidays are here every day is work and you can take only one in year. 3rd class policy. 6) Poor management they and no work life balance 7) HRs are very rude here 8) Every Friday you have to work at 8 pm due require 4 employee they hired 2 employee due to budget issue. 9) No events celebration no cristmas, diwali, ganpati they want to hire young and enthusiastic HR 10) Compulsory you have to complete 9 hrs, daily not allowed after 10:30 Am marked as half day 11) no extra working hours money they provide, company not value your time please go home safely and early. Please think twice before joining this company.

I feel very happy to share my experience in Credilio, the environment is very positive and the support from my seniors makes me feel motivated, which makes me to report office with healthy mindset.

Everything is ok, no complaints.
