Very small rep territories. Limited ability to grow and if you leave to another auto finance company they can and likely will pursue you for the 2 year non compete you signed when hired. They will send a letter to your new employer to scare them into letting you go. If that doesn’t work they will take you and your new company to court. If you fight it they will tie you up in court to drain you financially with legal fees. The end game is to bankrupt you and prevent you from earning a living for 2 years.
