Pros
Started off good... it seemed like the company cared about self awareness and career development. That was not the intent.
Cons
Too focused on classifying employees and documenting strategies/processes. The actual work never gets done. The theory that management basis decisions on is a joke. Requisite organization is a social experiment with real people. Do not drink the koolaid.
