Pros

This job gave good insight into the mortgage industry. On-the-job classroom training for three weeks. Given six months to gradually meet production quotas.

Cons

Computer software system runs sluggishly at times. Responsible for incoming calls and must complete 40 requests every 8 hour shift. Sometimes things are outside your control but the company does not care how you do it, but you must meet your numbers. Verbal and written warnings stay in effect for 90 days. Very stressful environment.

Pros

Great family atmosphere, flexible schedule, a lot of reps employed here for many years (which says a lot about the company), fair to every employee. Awesome company to work for!

Cons

Every job has its bad day but there are no cons with this company.

Pros

No weekends. Most holidays off.

Cons

If you are best friends (or family) with management you are set for life. Also, they are constantly worried about if they will lose an unemployment case - so if you are of a protected class (African American, homosexual, etc) they will hardly ever go after you for minor infractions. If you are a male, just keep your head down and stay under the radar. No one in management has the ability to take criticism or address any situation where they would make anyone mad, so just stay as spineless as they are.
