It would appear that you were with us as a Self Employed Accounts Manager with an exclusive territory. Thank you for the "Pros" you mention and I am glad you found it interesting. Responding to the cons you mention, the first three would have been clearly explained to you right from the beginning, long before you accepted the post. Also if you worked in London when you were with us then you would have had two people in your office earning above target. Although perhaps there were a bit discreet about the earnings with someone new to the company. However you would have seen their pictures on the wall as Top performers. However if you were in one of our other offices in a newer team then maybe yes you wouldn't have met anyone hitting those figures yet. And yes we recommend you come into the office once a week to meet up with the rest of the team but again this would have been fully explained at the interview. However the earning schedules for new recruits show circa £35k targets initially and we show various possible earning potentials depending on performance so we do try to be open and transparent.
