Pros
-Able to make my own schedule -wfh/hybrid options -good people
Cons
-no processes or procedures and no reference materials -every single consultant works completely different so it’s hard to know the correct way to work with shadowing to learn -3 days of “training” before thrown in to the day to day -told to come up with my own flow of how I want to work to then be told 75+ calls required every day without being given proper leads to be able to hit that standard every day - the CRM is so behind the times of what other loan company are using, I feel like I’m in the early 2000s - when I asked about how files were handled if clients email in docs while on PTO the solution to upper management is clocking in to work(I’m on vacation I don’t want to work)
