Cons
Sales management plays favorites with the "good 'ol boys club" and there is no room for advancement. CONSTANT LAYOFFS! Busy work abounds with futile cold calling and crazy prep work which never produces results or seems to satisfy. Pearson ruined this company and folded two software products together so there is no longer a product fit anywhere. No leads, training, or support, only condescension and demeaning team meetings and 1:1s where you get verbally abused. Do no recommend!
