Great team of positive individuals and a fun culture to be part of. Remuneration is good. Certainly a great place to learn the business because of it's still small enough to have a dynamic feel. Convenient workplace location downtown.

Not a lot of perks, though that's also not really expected in Baltimore. There are stressful moments, and your career/learning can plateau quickly.

Great people, very friendly and nice office location. They are open and within reason helpful in assisting progression.

Outdated and inflexible business model stifles growth and progression. Decision making by committee no ownership of decisions for anyone below senior management. Risk averse, regressive and ultimately very individualistic and management focused company. Do not expect long term career success here
