      Pros

      I've worked for several First Nation school boards and the CSB is one of the best ones. The lunch breaks are 1.5 hours! The kids are great. They give you lots of support and provide lots of resources. They also provide financial assistance for moving there.

      Cons

      Dental Benefits could be better.

      No issues with salary deposit. Always on-time.

      Not sure. Perhaps not leveraging their influence in each community as critical to the progress of students and therefore the community as a whole.
