      Flexibility with time off. Normally worked within business hours.

      Cons

      Little to no wage growth, or yearly salary increases. Yearly bonues became non-existent.

      Pros

      It is a small company so there is potential for making a large impact. The company is a start-up. The majority owner does not need to work and thus loses sight of issues facing those who do. The business has great potential but the lack of focus is killing it.

      Cons

      We are always short of cash. Cash is poorly managed.
