Pros

Vision and values-driven company. Very forward-thinking leadership. Everyone walks the talk, from the Founder/CEO, Chris Taylor, on down. Crescent really cares about people. Because of that, the people care about each other and about working together to make the business successful. Memphis site is led by a very dynamic leader, Wally Northam, who has fostered great esprit de corps in the local leadership team and really transformed the business.

Cons

Lost the contract for the Memphis site due to the customer's focus solely on cost. No near-term prospects for winning another contract in this area.

Pros

The employees working in production on the floor were the best part

Cons

1. Unrealistic expectations - emails to be answered immediately, ensure customer doesn't change specifications in their portal (without alerts being sent to you) 2. Double standards/Favoritism - you get in trouble for doing something a preferred employee does. 3. No training program - you are given a matrix you fill out on how YOU feel you are doing. There is no measure to ensure you have been fully trained against what is to be expected of you in the job, and then you get in trouble for consulting with your trainer because you should be on your own and doing well per their expectations 4. Unwilling to help when asked - When asked "is there anything you need from me", and you ask for some help, or for them to meet you half way you get told "I will not do that, because I expect in your job you know how to do that" 5. Hypocritical higher management - They will tell you something will not be counted against you (like an employee clocking out late and accruing overtime, which is out of your control) - and then put it as a key item on a PIP 6. Unapproachable Management - you get insulted constantly, being told you lack common sense because you were never trained properly and made a mistake 7. They will hold you accountable for things you didn't do (or know) - when there are 15 people on an email and they are addressing a different department you are expected to respond in the immediate timeframe as stated above. If you do not, and the department addressed in the email responds - then you will get in trouble and drilled as to why you didn't respond.
