There is a clear mission statement and positive impact has been nice to see People seem to want to work together The workplace is not competitive or cutthroat The science is interesting (but not always invested in)

Decisions are not always clear or fast enough to adapt to new information Different cultural expectations across teams Some people are expected to pick up after other groups who generally lag behind
