Growing and adpting - Anonymous employee Cresol Employee Review

I worked for Cresol for over 1 year and it is very relaxed environment to work with, there is not allot of pressure from the managers.

Unfortunately the managers will turn a blind eye to employee internal conflicts, that had people threaten other employees inside the company. Also there is quite allot of internal politics, where there is preferences for some employees and others no. I left the company because I felt invisible and I had no value inside the company.

Depending of your team you will always get the properly attention from your manager and they are very flexible in a lot of things. All staff are really nice and ready to help you.

One of the biggest challenges of working at Confesol is the salary, that is below average when you compare with others IT companies.
