Pros
Pay is great until you advance or in my case transfer for job, at which point you put in more hours for less than any hourly employees
Cons
You will be used until you are exhausted and have been thrown through the ringer, racist and prejudice toward african americans, if you are of hispanic descent you will do great as long as you can provide information about other employees. No life outside of work at all ever, 1 1/2 days off, mandatory daily overtime, injuries will have repercussions, bathrooms are toxic, and most of all favoritism
