      The demand is here .There is always back breaking work .

      Cons

      They paint this perfect picture not so . No work life balance . Favoritism at its finest . Long days there is always something extra added to your daily duties along with extra stops from other routes. Management does what they want and gets away with it. They preach growth opportunities but you must fit in there little circle to be accepted. Good luck

      -great benefits -opportunities to grow within the company -a lot of reward and recognition -positive environment with great coworkers

      -not for people who only want to only work 40 hours a week -must be willing to work very hard

      its a full time job ur gunna work alot

      Cons

      over work you, they play favorites, all about work politics if you dont know someone with in the company, you wont advance you have to brown nose your way up. they wont promote based on hard work or willingness to learn other departments.
