      Pros

      Overall flexibility, you can work from anywhere, and you have your local holidays. The energy and the people are great and there are a lot of opportunities for growth. One great thing is the constant openness to hear feedback and proposals from management, which really make you feel part.

      Cons

      As a new growing company, many processes are being defined but the constant interaction with employees makes these new processes also fertile soil for proposing and growing ideas.

      Pros

      Contract conditions were explained and clarified from the first engagement. Went through 3 short interviews, waited for a week and got an offer, which was already explained from the beginning. The onboarding process was thorough, with multiple 1 to 1 meetings and access to documents that made clear what are the principles and policies of the company. Compensation and benefits are among the best in the market. Very recommended!
