No pros i worked there for approximately 2 years seniors are good & helpful there manager is also okay there is no racism ya female employees gets more work life balance i guess but not much difference
Cons
ceo can yell at everyone if they make mistakes or ask for something absolutely fair too then also there is a chance that they will yelled at (good for female employees though he does not yell on them) there is absolutely no sense of work life balance you will be working almost 60-70 hours a week atleast 2 weeks a month, asking for leave is like begging, increaments get hold for months i will conclude with you will treated like a slave sometimes. no overtime paid for working more than 10 hrs a day, on weekend, on leaves and on holidays.
well this is with almost every startup in india.
