Management is approachable and genuinely invested in employee well being, creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. There are also trained us in term of self discipline, analytical thinking, and mindset. Because they care about us. They want us to become successful. Technically they want us to have a mindset as a T20 not some weak B40. From that part only, I fell in love with this company. Crew Lounge also prioritizes work life balance with flexible hours and remote work options. Overall, it's a fantastic place to work, and I am proud to be part of such an outstanding team.

Working here has been a really great experience. Everyone is really nice and will always help each other out no matter what. Crew Lounge provided me many opportunities to grow and develop myself better. I can see myself improving everyday. The working environment is very fun too.
