The contractors(assigned to clients) are well-loved by their managers.
Cons
Contracts with a high rate but gives a low rate to their contractors. The longer you stay, the lesser the pay. The higher management (founders) will always seem to care for you but behind your back thinks your TRASH Ever wonder why they ALWAYS had an OPENING for their IMMEDIATE team? Because NO ONE is STAYING. They'll get a big portion of your pay and say it's a TRAINING BOND but you were NEVER trained. OT- is always THANK YOU They say they are TRANSPARENT but never informs you that they are getting more out of your hard work.
