      Placed on unpaid bench without notice after project completion Poor communication from internal teams; responses only when help is needed Unreasonable expectations like weekend work and handling multiple clients at once ESOPs mentioned in the offer letter are not actually granted after joining

      Pros

      Has good set of clients, if one project is not going well, they put good efforts to get placed somewhere. The job market is very bad currently and still the company is getting new projects which is a good sign
