      Try to provide as many opportunities in the company as possible as long as you are employed.

      Although the off-boarding was processed smoothly, the company blacklisted me for future opportunities.

      Pros

      Has good set of clients, if one project is not going well, they put good efforts to get placed somewhere. The job market is very bad currently and still the company is getting new projects which is a good sign
