Pros

A great mission and product and some awesome people but not a great place to work below the surface.

Cons

Decisions made from the top can be really petty and out of touch. Good people leave or get fired pretty often. Too much focus on hitting short-term numbers instead of looking at long term potential.

Pros

Creyos is a really strong place to grow your career, especially if you’re early or mid-career and want real ownership. There’s a clear bias toward promoting from within, and if you show initiative you’ll get opportunities to stretch beyond your role pretty quickly. It’s also a very social, close-knit team. I genuinely like the people I work with and that makes a difference in everything from day to day collaboration to company events. Working in the mental health/ cognitive space is meaningful and has real world impacts, which makes the work more motivating.

Cons

You have to be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to adapt as the company evolves. That environment is energizing for me, but it’s not for everyone. If you prefer more structure and predictability, it would be challenging.

Pros

The team members are great!

Cons

Management changes their KPIs and strategies every quarter. Often need to work overtime to hit targets.
