It's quite exciting to be part of a company that grows so quickly from a couple people to nearly a hundred. Seeing the growth and the different things that happen is truly an experience.

The management team is very serious with company policies. Violations can result in warnings or immediate termination of employment. There isn't a lot of leniency in regards to giving many chances to employees. It can suck seeing friends get fired because of a few simple mistakes.
