      There are no pros to this company.

      Cons

      They will belittle you, make fun of you, embarrass you, etc. I worked for this company for multiple years. There were many times I would go home crying because of how management treated me. New management has taken over and it is worse than ever. All levels of management will demean you and gossip about you. The job they say you will be doing is completely different than what you will do, and the pay is terrible. People have left because of this. All levels of management is clickish. It is a very highschool type of culture.

      Pros

      I've given my heart and soul to this organization over the past few years. I have come to truly love the team members, the vision of the company, and the way we operate. I'm thankful for the ways in which I've grown and the various team members that have supported me. I love the culture and how we take care of one another. Because of the leadership team, there are no obstacles too big or too small that we cannot come together to solve. I wear our Crimcheck swag literally weekly, and appreciate all the little things such as prizes, bonuses, and activities that we have. I'm blessed to work here.

      Cons

      We are currently all remote. Since the pandemic, it hasn't been as easy to see the team members in person. So, I hope there will be more opportunities in future for in-person activities like dinners, bowling, golf, and outings that we've had in the past.
