Privately Held -so only 3 - 4 people make and keep all the cash. Intelligent Founders - they don't accept input so they can feel smart. No Competition - Other Vendors are far ahead, more professional & sophisticated. Excellent Company Spin - if you like being lied to and mislead. New Sales Management - hired to fix sales but not allowed to change anything. Employee Pride - 2-3 employees run things & will run you right out of the company. Success - those 2-3 people don't want you to succeed & make sure you won't. Money Making Opportunity - not a chance Open Territories - It's a free for all if you are one of the 2 sales reps in charge. Large Lead Centers - who don't speak English or understand US geography, False Negative Reviews -don't begin to describe all the problem. Career Changing - if you want to destroy your career this is the place.

Leadership - when a leader only cares for himself the troops are in danger Empty Arrogance -don't waste time on improvement no one is home. Strategy - keep doing the same thing - expect different results. Hubris - the pseudo-leadership wants you to fail so they feel smart and talented Org Structure - none and they like it that way as it serves their personal goals. Industry Standards - No experience in industry best practices Inferior Product - Less sophisticated & skilled than other market leaders Wages: All money is kept for those same 3-4 people in the company. Blame - Rampant and it's always the new employees. Over and over and over. False Positive Reviews: had to have been placed by those same 3-4 people who run everything to their benefit.
