      - Remote Work - Easy workload and day - to -day when left alone (which rarely happens).

      Cons

      - Bad leadership - terrible product - The CEO has a very bad ego that will destroy the company - No PTO Terrible health coverage and benefits

      Pros

      Most people were very nice to work with.

      Cons

      CEO didn't have any concept of, or seemingly any interest in morale or esprit de corps. Management had no power to make decisions. CEO ruled with an iron fist, which is unfortunate, because the company could be successful if the people in leadership roles (including the President/COO) were allowed to make decisions and lead their teams.
