As an employee of the company who is happily working alongside many other happy colleagues there, I can assure you that not everyone is wanting to leave Criterion Hospitality. It's a great place to work where you can learn a lot in a very short space of time. Being a small company, we are able to make decisions very quickly and be nimble. Having worked in big corporates before, this is something I personally value greatly.
