      Can learn a lot and up-skill but only on their terms. Health and other benefits for on rolled employees

      Cons

      Work- life balance is difficult. They hire many employees in consultant role who don’t get benefits of normal employee and then make them work a lot. Working after working hours is normal here and if you resist that, you are unprofessional.
