Not always organized but they are getting better

There are a lot of friendly co-workers

The pay is horrible for the work that is expected. The leadership has no idea how to perform most of the jobs they talk down to you and criticize you about They have no problem misleading you about expectations to get you to perform miracles that are never really good enough to them in the end.
