      Pros

      1. WFH option is available 2. Good Salary only while joining 3. Still thinking…. I would suggest take offer and then try to match it somewhere else and join elsewhere. This is the only good thing I would say for this company.

      Cons

      1. Hell of politics 2. They are more into body shopping, the moment your role is finished, consider that you are no more required in the company 3. They will force you so work > 12 hours in a day 4. They will give you 2 year project and will tell you to finish in 4-6 months and then ask you to show your capability 5. They are not even CMM level 3 and want to compare themselves with big fishes and always concerned about the Glassdoor rating. If you doing good then why bother about the ratings.. believe me or not you are worst I had ever seen.

      nothing major I can think off. every workplace has its dirty laundry that should not be opened in public unless its really detrimental to culture and ethics
